3) Disclosures & Service Providers

We share information with trusted service providers (e.g., Framer, Google Drive, Dropbox, Stripe, file transfer and analytics vendors) strictly to operate the Services. They are contractually limited to using data only for our instructions. We may disclose information to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or in a merger/transaction.

4) Aggregated/De-identified Data

We may create de-identified or aggregated information for analytics and service improvement. We do not attempt to re-identify such data. CPRA disclosure: We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If our practices change, we will update this Policy and provide a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” method.

5) Confidentiality

Client materials and project information are treated as Confidential Information under our MTS. We will not disclose your proprietary information without consent, except to providers bound to confidentiality or as required by law.

6) Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege administration). No system is perfectly secure; while we cannot guarantee absolute security, we take commercially reasonable measures to protect your information.

7) Data Retention

We retain project records and uploads for up to 12 months after delivery to support revisions and re-downloads, then delete or archive as appropriate. We may retain records longer where required by law, to resolve disputes, or to enforce our agreements.

8) Your Privacy Rights (U.S.)
